大家下午好!我叫xx，原来在南坞小学工作，近几年来一直从事小学英语的教学，今年因工作调动，调整到我们东申小学工作，我感到非常的高兴，同时，也非常感谢我们学校领导能给我这样一次展示自我、成就自我的机会。我今天我竞聘的岗位是三、四年级的英语教学。
首先我说一下自己的基本情况和工作业绩：我1996年毕业于淄博师专数学系，后分配到召口中学从事数学教学，开始改教初中英语，因身体状况，调入小学从事小学英语教学至今，自考大学本科毕业，被评为中学一级教师。自工作以来，我一直兢兢业业，勤奋工作，所教科目成绩一直据全镇前列，特别是近几年来从事小学英语教学，所教班级多次获得全镇第一名，个人也多次被评为镇教育先进工作者、优秀教师，区优秀教师，个人年考核优秀等次的荣誉称号，并有多篇论文在市级报纸发表。
下面我谈一下，我竞聘英语教师的几个优势和条件：
我为人处事的原则是：老老实实做人，认认真真工作，开开心心生活。自己一贯注重个人品德素质的培养，努力做到尊重领导，团结同志，工作负责，办事公道，不计较个人得失，对工作对同志有公心，爱心，平常心和宽容心。自从参加工作以来，我首先在师德上严格要求自己，要做一个合格的人民教师!认真学习和领会上级教育主管部门的文件精神，与时俱进，爱岗敬业，为人师表，热爱学生，尊重学生，争取让每个学生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的发展。
1、有较高的专业水平
我从淄博师专数学系毕业后曾到山东师范大学进修英语教学培训，系统而又牢固地掌握了英语教学的专业知识。多年来始终在教学第一线致力于小学英语教学及研究，使自己的专业知识得到进一步充实、更新和扩展。
2、有较强的教学能力
从选择教师这门职业的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受学生欢迎的好老师，为了这个心愿，我一直在不懈努力着。要求自己做到牢固掌握本学科的基本理论知识，熟悉相关学科的文化知识，不断更新知识结构，精通业务，精心施教，把握好教学的难点重点，认真探索教学规律，钻研教学艺术，努力形成自己的教学特色。我的教学风格和教学效果普遍受到学生的认可和欢迎。
以上所述情况，是我竞聘英语教师的优势条件，假如我有幸竞聘上岗，这些优势条件将有助于我更好的开展英语教学工作。
如果我有幸竞聘成功，能担任三四年级英语教师的话，我将从以下方面开展工作。
一是认真贯彻执行党的教育路线、方针、政策和学校的各项决定，加强学习，积极进取，求真务实，开拓创新，不断提高自己的综合素质、创新能力，用自己的勤奋加智慧，完成好教学任务。使我校的英语教学上一个大的台阶。
二是做一个科研型的教师。教师的从教之日，正是重新学习之时。新时代要求教师具备的不只是操作技巧，还要有直面新情况、分析新问题、解决新矛盾的本领。进行目标明确、有针对性解决我校的英语教学难题。
三、做一个理念新的教师
目前，新一轮的基础教育改革早已在我市全面推开，做为新课改的实践者，要在认真学习新课程理念的基础上，结合自己所教的学科，积极探索有效的教学方法。大力改革教学，积极探索实施创新教学模式。把英语知识与学生的生活相结合，为学生创设一个富有生活气息的真实的学习情境，同时注重学生的探究发现，引导学生在学习中学会合作交流，提高学习能力。
四、做一个富有爱心的老师不爱学生就教不好学生，爱学生就要爱每一个学生。作为一名教师，要无私地奉献爱，处处播洒爱，使我的学生在爱的激励下，增强自信，勇于创新，不断进取，成长为撑起祖国一片蓝天的栋梁。用质朴的心爱护学生，用诚挚的情感染学生，用精湛的教学艺术熏陶学生，用忘我的工作态度影响学生。
尊敬的各位领导，各位老师，我会珍惜现有的每一个机会，努力工作，发挥出自己的最大能力，以高尚的情操、饱满的热情上好自己的英语课程，享受我的教学乐趣!

各位家长下午好：
很高兴能有这样一个机会，能和大家进行面对面的交流。我是二年1、6、7、8、10班的英语任课教师，我姓赵。下面我就我们英语学习方面说我一些真实的感言：
在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的`，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。
那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢？英语毕竟不是我们自己的语言，大多数学生除了英语课其余时间根本就不会想到要说英语，所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。
首先说一下听，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过。不要说另外买什么英语听力磁带或者英语学习的碟片了，连自己手头的磁带都不去听，光靠上课听一点点的磁带，学生的听力根本就不能有什么发展。不会听就不能说，而说白了，学了英语就是要说，那不是白学了么？我每天叫学生回家要跟录音机读二十分钟的英语，可是有多少学生真地做到了呢？听录音机跟读，不是鹦鹉学舌，听见什么就跟着说什么。所读的知识已经学过了，跟录音机读应该是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。
接下来是说，英语是一门语言，学了就是要说，要和别人交流。我们学的英语不应该是哑巴英语，要让每个学生学会勇敢地说出来。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也确实做得很好。可是班级里人多，对每个人来说，说的机会就少。所以下课也要说；放学回家也要说。在学校，我鼓励学生把所学的英语对话运用到生活中去，这样有更真实的情景，更能让学生有发挥的余地。在家里，希望家长也能鼓励学生说英语，也许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，其实学生需要是你的鼓励，你听了他们说的只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或者还可以让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己所学得派上了用场。
接下来是读。有句话：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”学英语也是这样，很多家长也明白，学英语要培养语感，也就是语言的感觉，如果有很好的语感，那么不管是说话，做题目，还是写文章，都很轻松，很简单了。那么语感怎么来呢？就是靠读出来的。一定要让学生养成每天读英语的习惯，这是学英语的最基本的学习习惯了。我刚开始学英语的时候就是这样的，每天早上一定要读20分钟左右的英语，哪怕有时候时间来不及了，即使是迟到也要读，并且每天都坚持，绝不因任何原因间断。无论什么事情都贵在坚持嘛。如果你的子女还没有养成这样的学习习惯，请你一定要督促他，刚开始也许会比较难，时间久了，就会习惯成自然。就像早上起来要刷牙洗脸一样，要让他们把读英语当作每天必做的一件事。
最后是写。二年级英语已经对学生有一定的书写要求。首先是单词，单词是句子，段落，课文的最基本组成单位。背单词是学英语的必经之路。单词往往背过就容易会忘记，所以要不断的背，不断的翻新，这是没有办法的。我要求学生在背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。还有句型，二年级所接触的巨型都是很简单的日常用语。学生应该在课上领会句型的意思和运用方法。可后还需要通过多读课文，多练习才能巩固所学的句型。所以请各位家长不光要注重孩子背单词的情况，还要让他重视句子的重要性。
总而言之，请各位家长多关注孩子们的英语学习，让孩子养成良好的英语学习习惯。家长的重视会让学生增加信心，提高学生的学习积极性。与其在期末时看到大家都不愿看到的不理想的分数，还不如在平时就多关心孩子学习的过程。不是要说注重过程嘛。还希望家校携手共同提高孩子们的英语学习水平。我要讲的就是这些，谢谢！

大家好！
我叫xxx，12岁，今天我要竞选的职位是英语课代表。这是我人生中第一次竞争演讲，所以未免有些紧张，上台前我犹豫了许久，也曾想打退堂鼓，但对于英语的热爱最终促使我走上了这讲台，希望同学们多多鼓励我，支持我！
我热爱英语，6岁开始学习阶梯英语，小学六年，我的英语成绩班里一直都是名列前茅，而且每次我们班主办学校的“红领巾广播”时，我都是当仁不让的英语主播，特别是我的英语口语经常得到英语老师的表扬。
我认为英语课代表首先要热爱英语、成绩好，才能为大家作表率。其次，英语课代表应该有较强的责任心，要树立为老师分忧、为同学解难、为同学服务的思想，做好老师和同学之间沟通的桥梁，更要帮助那些需要帮助的同学。最后，还必须要有虚怀若谷的精神，只有虚心接受老师和同学们的意见才能不断进步，做好工作。总之，我认为英语课代表的任务就是“让同学们都能爱上英语，和同学们一起提高英语水平”。
如果不能当选，我也不会气馁，我会改进自己的不足，更加努力地学习，在学习中积极配合英语课代表的工作，为提高全班的英语成绩贡献自己的一点力量。
